CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 All posted prices are inclusive of Italian VAT (20%).
2 Prices are always meant ex warehouse.

NON-EU COUNTRIES
The invoice price will be meant as net, without Italian VAT.

DELIVERIES
3 Products will be delivered through Poste Italiane or by insured courier.
Mailing expenses will be charged on the bill.
4You may agree with Top-Train s.a.s. any other form of delivery or withdrawal.

PAYMENTS
5 Payments will always be in advance.
6 Payments on delivery are not accepted. You may choose, amongst the payment mode below, the one more convenient to You.
7 For deliveries of products inside the EU, the reference price will be as in point 1), incuding italian VAT.

PAYMENT MODES
8 Direct remittance; cashier’s check; account check; post check; money order.
Dealyed payments or payments by instalments must be previously agreed with Top-Train.
